The Little Gym at Liffey Valley is a developmental gymnastics & motor skill development program for boys and girls from 4 months to 12 years.

Participating in a class at The Little Gym is a unique experience, which will help your child grow while having lots of fun. Our program also builds confidence and self-esteem by combining gymnastics, sports, music and games providing an exciting learning experience that evolves week by week. Small group numbers and a non-competitive environment allow each child to flourish with close guidance from our highly-trained instructors.

We run classes each day during the week for the various age groups. We also offer birthday parties, holiday/summer camps, parent survival nights, baby massage and school tours in our custom-built facility.

Classes: At the Little Gym, our classes combine gymnastics, sports, music and games providing an exciting learning experience that evolves week by week. We cater to children ages 4 months to 12 years old; each program is specifically researched and designed to enhance the development of that age group. Small group numbers and a non-competitive environment allow each child to flourish with close guidance from our highly-trained instructors; our students are encouraged to try their best, not be the best which helps grow their self-esteem and confidence. We are all about learning through movement, fun and imagination too. All of our children are encouraged to make friends and take turns in a warm and nurturing environment - we call this serious fun!!
