This exciting tree adventure park that offers fun for all the family, where you can experience the wonderful natural forest with over 50 different challenges to climb, balance, slide and crawl.
Zoom along the zip-lines through narrow passages in the woods for a thrilling adventure!
Squirrel’s Scramble opened in 2014 and was built by the Wicklow based company PascoeLang in Killruddery House and Gardens, Bray.
They are operating with the Smart Belay System from EDELRID, an award winning self belaying system specially designed for adventure courses.
The highest safety standards combined with easy handling for all guests.
The “intelligent” system of two carabiners connected by an internal cable allows users only to open one carabiner at a time.
Once you are attached to the safety cable, you cannot unclip yourself by accident.
Celebrate birthdays at Squirrel’s Scramble, book ahead to avoid disappointment. They provide sheltered party areas with wooden seats and tables. While they don’t cater for food or drink, they highly recommend the food stalls at the Killruddery Farm Market (Saturdays only). All known local pizza places can deliver and you are welcome to bring your own food as if you wish.
Every summer they run an action packed fun jammed camp called ProActive Kids! It's for ages 8 to 15 with a separate teen week for ages 12 to 16. It's based inside the amazing grounds of Killruddery House and Gardens, activities include Squirrel's Scramble, Archery, Jacob's ladder, team building games, ball sports and much much more, the highlight of the week is a day out in Dalkey quarry for climbing and abseiling.
